We are seeking a dedicated and hands on garage manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a professional demeanour, capable of managing various administrative tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team with any kind of duties.
Duties
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
* Manage phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries as necessary
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using mot manager as required
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
* clean vehicles, and work space
* Support team members with any tasks to enhance productivity
Qualifications
* computer skills, and people skills are essential
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Experience with vehicle industry
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
