They provide a full in-house service of digital, litho, wide format, point of sale, and cutting technologies to their retail clients. They are looking for an experienced Large Format Print Operator to join their growing team in Leicestershire. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, creative environment where no two days are the same. What you'll be doing: Reporting directly to the Production Manager Operating Agfa Taura and HP Latex printers with confidence and precision Running a Zund cutting table and ensuring accurate finishing Taking jobs from RIP stage through to cutting, packing and dispatch Assisting with artwork adjustments when required Applying your strong knowledge of print processes, substrates and materials Using your initiative to problem-solve and ensure jobs are delivered on time Supporting the team with production planning in Trello (training provided if needed)What we're looking for: Previous experience in large format printing and finishing Strong eye for detail and quality control Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines Good communication skills - able to work closely with colleagues and clients A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Willingness to work overtime when required Desire to grow with a company that's ambitious and forward-thinkingWhat we offer: The chance to be part of a growing print team with exciting opportunities ahead Ongoing training and support A supportive, collaborative working environment Career growth opportunities as the business expandsIf you're passionate about print, thrive on seeing projects through from start to finish, and want to be part of something exciting, we'd love to hear from you Please send a copy of your CV
