Part Time Receptionist Needed for Fixed Term Role!
Are you available immediately and living in the Chelmsford area? If so I am looking for a receptionist to join a construction company on a part time basis, for an initial 6 month FTC contract, subject to potential extension.
Working 08:00-14:00 Monday to Friday from their modern offices, you will be the friendly front of house receptionist ready to help visitors and support basic facilities duties relating to the building.

Meeting and greeting people entering the building
Ensuring meeting rooms are supplied with correct equipment
General basic admin duties
Carrying out ad hoc tasks related to the building
Liaising with 3rd party contractors via phone
Answering incoming phone callsExperience needed:
Previous experience in a front of house or reception role
Confident on the phone
Friendly approach and a people person
