The Lead Intelligence Analyst role sits within the Resilience and Crisis Team (RCT), working alongside a team of specialists. The role involves proactive collection, analysis, evaluation, and dissemination of all-source material to support incident response and intelligence gathering within a 24/7 operational context.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce high-quality assessments and reports on tactical threats and strategic analysis to inform RCT functions.
* Support the 24/7 RCT, including an on‑call rota.
* Maintain and develop intelligence flows and analytical applications within the RCT.
* Participate in special projects as directed by the RCT Manager.
* Work with existing staff to meet intelligence requirements and establish best practice.
* Lead subject‑matter expertise workstreams as directed by the RCT Manager.
* Facilitate crisis‑management training, deliver specialist presentations, and design crisis exercise scenarios.
* Utilise intelligence tools and platforms to keep intelligence current.
* Forge relationships with Operational Resilience, Crisis Management and Cyber Threat SMEs across private and public sectors.
* Review updates in resilience and crisis‑management activities to determine necessary changes to governance documentation.
* Take ownership of documentation reviews to keep frameworks, standards and procedures robust and compliant.

Qualifications
Qualifications in any relevant field are preferred, but not required, and relevant operational experience from Corporate, Military, Law Enforcement or Government agency spheres is acceptable.
