About the Role
We’re hiring an Operations Administrator to ensure smooth daily operations for our cleaning business. You’ll coordinate cleaners, confirm client bookings, manage payments, and maintain accurate records. You’ll also help support recruitment and onboarding when needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Allocate cleaners and backups to bookings
* Liaise with clients and cleaners regarding schedules, job details, and changes
* Track payments and maintain booking accuracy
* Manage cancellations and last-minute replacements
* Record job outcomes, client feedback, and resolve complaints professionally
* Support recruitment by assisting with cleaner onboarding

* Clear communication skills via phone, WhatsApp, and email
* Attention to detail and process accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
* Calm, professional approach to problem-solving
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration, scheduling, or operations
* Familiarity with CRM, ATS, or booking systems
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Comfortable communicating with clients and staff remotely
* Reliable laptop, internet, and quiet workspace
* Very good communication skills (verbal and written)
