Project Support Officer

The Project Support Officer will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the EPR Programme and associated projects. The post holder will ensure that governance processes are followed, documentation is maintained, and project teams are supported to deliver against agreed timelines.
Although hybrid working is available across the team, this role will be central to the EPR programme and will therefore require a minimum on-site presence of three days per week at Sherwood Forest Hospitals. During go-live or other key delivery periods, on-site requirements may increase.

This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the programme office and supporting effective communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications and Training
* Educated to A-Level or equivalent experience.
* Training in Microsoft Office or project management tools.
Experience
* Experience providing administrative or project support in a complex environment.
* Experience in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking accurate minutes.
* Familiarity with maintaining project documentation and version control.
* Experience working within NHS or healthcare settings.
* Exposure to digital transformation or IT projects.
* Understanding of risk and issue management processes.
Knowledge and Skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint).
