As aSales Administration Specialist you will report to[N+1 Jobtitel] in the Customer Service departmentbased inTelford for aPermanentcontract.
What you will do?
* Process debit notes and return claims in line with internal policies and timelines.
* Investigate discrepancies and liaise with sales, finance, and customer care teams.
* Participate in meetings to resolve outstanding claims collaboratively.
* Ensure accurate records and documentation for each request.
* Adhere to company quality, safety, and environmental policies.
