Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering / Engineering Supervisor role Responsible for the management of multiple engineering departments, such as technical, procurement, facilities, and production. Ensure the smooth running of multiple complex machines and their mass production of Hydraulics, Motors, Actuators, cylinders. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and the maintenance of Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality. Ensure that budgets are met, including the preparation of annual operational and capital expenditure budgets. Act as the strategic manager for multiple engineering disciplines. Oversee and coordinate the employee development, ensuring adequate training is provided for all. Liaise with various engineering departments. Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering / Engineering Supervisorrequirements Experience as an Engineer manager, head of engineering, engineering lead, engineering director, technical manager, engineering supervisor, technical director, branch manager, general manager, or similar head of engineering role. Will ideally have experience in Engineering management. Must have experience operating in a production / manufacturing environment that includes multiple machines producing multiple products. The successful candidate will ideally have knowledge of complex machinery / systems such Hydraulic, Actuators, cylinders, motors or similar complex engineering machinery / systems.
