Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for customer‑focused individuals to join our Hospitality Team at Curve. In this role you will assist in the day‑to‑day operation of the Hospitality department, including our Green Room Café, Stage Door Bar and Events provision, consistently achieving the highest levels of service for customers and clients.
Responsibilities
* Safely set up event spaces and set out and prepare catering service stations.
* Maintain and present a safe and effective operation that complies with Health and Safety, Licensing Regulations and Standards.
* Assist Food & Beverage Managers, Hospitality Supervisors and Kitchen team in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
* Deliver high standards of food hygiene in line with current legislation and undertake required training.
* Show enthusiasm, commitment and energy with a flexible attitude to changing needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Relevant hospitality experience.
* Confidence and effectiveness when working with a wide range of people in a busy commercial environment.
* Over 18 years of age.
* Available evenings, weekends, weekdays daytime and Bank Holiday as required by the performance and events schedule.
* Eligibility to work under a Casual Worker Agreement with a monthly rota.
Training
We provide full training to ensure all our visitors have an enjoyable and safe experience during their visit to Curve.
