Job Title: Quality Assurance Auditor
Location: Cleeve Road, Evesham
Job Type: Permanent
Reporting into: Quality Assurance Manager
Salary: £30,555
Hours: Red Shift Sunday – Tuesday 06:00am – 18:00pm (Alternate Wednesdays)
Main purpose of the role:
To support the production process to ensure we produce safe, legally compliant, high-quality products.
Job Responsibilities:
1. To have a proactive approach to incidents within the factory – to give support during investigations and guidance to resolve highlighted issues and prevent re-occurrence
2. To support, advise and help improve manufacturing operation and ensure products are produced to specification through GMP audits and/or process audits and effective communication of findings.
3. To support production team in management of non-conforming product or raw material discovered in the factory.
4. To investigate microbiological issues and customer complaints where required
5. To be present during NPD trials and to take an active part in new product introductions into the factory.
6. To ensure all food safety, legality and quality monitoring equipment is verified at the predetermined frequencies.
