Overview
We are looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a small, friendly office team in Halesowen. This role involves working independently while reporting directly to the Finance Manager. Immediate start available, with high potential for the role to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities
Process purchase invoices and maintain the purchase ledger using Sage 50 (essential)
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice queries
Assist with payment runs
Support sales ledger duties where needed
Undertake other basic administrative tasks to support the finance function
Requirements
Previous Purchase Ledger experience
Sage 50 experience is essential
Sales Ledger experience is desirable
Ability to work independently in a small office team
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
