We are excited to invite a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team! This full-time role requires a commitment of 42.5 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm. Please note, this is a year-round position, as we operate throughout the year.

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
* Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that cater to each child's unique learning and development needs.
* Collaborate as a professional team member, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
* Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety matters to management.
* Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential).
* Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
* Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years (desirable).
* Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable).
