Salary: 900- 1,250 per week (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

About the Role
* Deliver high-quality, tailored Dance and Drama lessons to learners primarily across KS5
* Create engaging, accessible, and creative schemes of work that support EHCP outcomes
* Adapt teaching to meet individual needs, sensory considerations, and communication styles
* Build positive relationships with students, encouraging self-expression, teamwork, and confidence
* Work collaboratively with the SENCO, therapists, support assistants, and parents/carers to provide a holistic approach
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching Dance, Drama, or Performing Arts within an SEN setting (or strong SEN experience within mainstream)
* A calm, patient, empathetic approach and strong behaviour management skills
* Creativity, passion for inclusive arts education, and a commitment to supporting every learner's development
To Be Eligible You Must
* Have the Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS on the update service OR be willing to apply for a new one
* Provide two professional, child-related references
