We’re looking for a passionate, experienced Brow & Lash Brand Educator & Product Specialist to join our growing team. This role goes beyond training – it’s a chance to influence how beauty professionals learn, grow, and succeed while playing a hands‑on role in product development and innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Training & Education (60%)
o Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes for beauty professionals – in‑person, online, and hybrid
o Conduct engaging workshops, seminars, and one‑on‑one coaching sessions
o Create and continuously update training materials, including presentations, handouts, e‑learning content, and video tutorials
o Implement interactive lesson plans that cater to visual, auditory, and kinaesthetic learners
o Assess trainees’ skills and knowledge, providing constructive feedback and personalised improvement plans
o Support the onboarding of new team members and Brand Ambassadors
o Travel to different locations to conduct on‑site training and represent the brand at industry events
* Product Development & Testing (15%)
o Test the efficacy of existing products, conducting trials and gathering customer feedback
o Aid in the development of new products, providing detailed written reports and photographic evidence
o Conduct research on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to inform product innovation
o Develop and maintain deep product knowledge, including ingredients, benefits, and usage
* Assessment & Quality Assurance (10%)
o Design and implement assessment methods, including written tests, practical exams, and observation
o Track trainee progress and maintain detailed records of training activities and certification completions
o Establish and uphold quality assurance processes to ensure training meets company and industry standards
* Technical Support & Administration (15%)
o Provide technical guidance to employees and partners on brow and lash services, including Lash Extensions
o Manage training schedules, logistics, and materials
o Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure training aligns with brand strategy
o Act as an effective Brand Ambassador at all company events
What We’re Looking For
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent: VTCT Level 3 / ITEC Level 3)
* Minimum 2–4 years’ hands‑on experience in the Brow & Lash industry
* Minimum 2 years’ teaching or training experience
* Proven proficiency in current brow and lash procedures and techniques, and Lash Extensions
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Strong understanding of skincare products and their application
* Ability to adapt teaching styles to diverse learning needs
* Willingness to travel internationally & within the UK to various locations for training delivery and events
* Commitment to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) in all aspects of training
* Bachelor’s degree in psychology, management, or a beauty‑related discipline
* Advanced training in specialised skincare, cosmetics, or aesthetic procedures
* Experience with e‑learning platforms, VR/AR training tools, or gamification strategies
* Experience in product development or testing
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards in the cosmetics industry
