Reporting to the Senior London Team, this role plays a vital part in estate operations, overseeing facilities management, health and safety, and service delivery during weekends a period of growing importance for the location. You’ll work closely with the full-time Estate Manager (Monday–Thursday) to ensure continuity and high standards across the estate.
Your focus will be on creating a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for traders, residents, contractors, and visitors. You will also contribute to the estates long-term regeneration and operational plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead site operations Friday–Monday, supporting estate activity and weekend trading
* Ensure all health, safety, and compliance protocols are maintained and documented
* Liaise with occupiers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
* Deliver a high standard of soft and hard FM services across the estate
* Carry out regular site inspections and compliance audits
* Support budget planning and cost control, including service charge management
Essential:
* Experience in Facilities or Estate Management within a mixed-use or public environment
* Strong knowledge of H&S practices (including IOSH Managing Safely)
* Excellent communication, contractor management, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Understanding of service charge budgeting and FM reporting
* Able to work Friday to Monday on-site
