Multi:Trade Operative
Hull
GBP 34,376 : GBP 36,185 per year
40 hours per week : Monday to Friday : 8:00am to 4:30pm
We have an opportunity for a skilled Multi:Trade Operative to join our void maintenance team, based in Hull. As a Multi:Trade Operative, you will be covering all aspects of general building repairs and maintenance on empty properties. We are looking for someone with primary skills in joinery who is also competent in other skilled trades.
The role involves working on void properties with opportunities to work within a wider team as and when required. With a company van and power tools included the role will cover North Yorkshire and the surrounding areas.

Carrying out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties in line with contract specifications

Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in good condition

Responding positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery, by resolving problems or setting into motion the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed

Providing accurate and timely information on the progress of works that is easily understood by the customer

To ensure full compliance with Building Safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to or undertaking NVQ Level 2 in a core subject (carpentry, electrical. If Plumbing Level 3 is required, Unvented : G3 Certificate and Water Regulations (WRAS). If you have a lower level qualification along with practical experience and would be prepared to undertake this qualification with the support of Sanctuary Group, we would still welcome an application.
