This role involves supporting pupils with behavioural, social, and emotional needs (SEMH) to help them achieve their full potential in a nurturing, inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with behavioural or additional learning needs. Assist teachers with lesson delivery, classroom organisation, and positive behaviour management. Promote pupil engagement, emotional resilience, and social development through encouragement and consistency. Support pupils using de-escalation strategies and evidence-based behaviour interventions.
