This is a hands‑on role where you’ll help build smart marketing systems that automate tasks, improve performance, and create more personalised customer experiences. You don’t need to be an AI expert, just someone excited to learn and grow in a fast‑moving space with an interest or understanding of latest technologies.
What you’ll be doing
Build smarter marketing systems
* Support the setup and management of automation workflows
* Help connect AI tools with CRM and marketing platforms
* Monitor performance and spot opportunities to improve
Create content with AI
* Use AI tools to help produce emails, ads, and social content
* Support campaign ideas and copywriting
* Keep everything aligned with our brand voice
Support leads & CRM
* Track and manage incoming leads
* Help qualify leads using AI tools
* Keep customer data organised and up to date
Improve campaigns
* Help personalise campaigns for different audiences
* Track performance and engagement
* Support testing and optimisation across channels
Work with data
* Analyse marketing data and spot trends
* Contribute to reports and dashboards
* Help turn insights into action
What we’re looking for
* A degree in Marketing, Business, Data (or similar)
* Basic understanding of digital marketing
* Interest in AI, automation, and new tech
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Clear communication skills
Bonus (not essential): experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or AI platforms like ChatGPT.
