Join our team as a Case Assistant in the Cargo Claims Department. In this role you will support the Cargo Claims department in the efficient and effective running of the department and provide administrative support to the team members. You will also be required to support the Cargo Claims Department and assist in the management of claims. How you'll make an impact Provide support to the Cargo claims department. Data entry using in house software systems. Assist in case administration. Document preparation using Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Admin duties such as - photocopying, filing and scanning. About You Good organisational skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Able to integrate with the team. Able to work on your own iniative. Friendly and helpful.
