Job Description
The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for actively identifying, attracting, and engaging potential candidates. Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies, using various methods like online platforms, social media, and CRM campaigns to build a strong talent pipeline.
1. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific needs and requirements for open positions.
2. Identify and engage candidates by researching, identifying, and engaging both active and non-active potential candidates that match the criteria.
3. Utilise various sourcing techniques including strategies like Boolean search, LinkedIn, social media, job boards, and campaign/events to attract talent.
4. Generate interest in our vacancies, build and maintain our CRM/talent pool.
5. Build and maintain talent pipelines by creating and managing a pool of potential candidates for current and future staffing needs.
6. Screen and assess candidates by reviewing CVs/resumes, portfolios, and other relevant materials to identify qualified candidates.
7. Maintain accurate records by keeping track of candidate information and sourcing efforts in an applicant tracking system (ATS).
8. Provide insights and recommendations by sharing market trends, competitor analysis, and other relevant data to inform recruitment strategies.
9. Enhance employer branding by representing the company's culture and values to potential candidates.

* Proficiency in using online sourcing tools and ATS.
* Knowledge of talent market trends and industry best practices.
* Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
* A proactive and results-oriented approach to talent acquisition.
* Demonstrable experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role (preferably in a technical environment).
* Demonstrate affinity with candidate sourcing and recruitment techniques.
* Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems (including an ATS) and candidate management systems.
* Ability to effectively present both roles and our company to candidates.
* Ability to quickly make decisions.
Additional Information
This role has a starting salary of between £32,600 - £40,800 plus our flexible benefits package. This is a 12 months fixed term contract. We are open to this role being hybrid with time spent in our offices and from home. Some travel will be required within the UK.
