Collections Support Advisor | 10253 | Fixed Term Contract until 31 March 2028 | 37 hours per week | £29,064 to £31,022 per annum (Scale F) | County Hall, Norwich / Hybrid

Are you an organised, people‑focused professional who’s motivated by helping services run smoothly and efficiently? We’re looking for a Collections Support Advisor to join our supportive Finance Exchequer Services team at Norfolk County Council.

In this role, you’ll play an important part in maintaining strong financial health across the organisation by helping reduce outstanding debt and supporting the work of our Collections Team. Every day will bring a mix of communication, problem‑solving, and collaboration as you work with colleagues, customers, and service departments to resolve queries and secure payments.

If you’re confident speaking with customers, able to negotiate solutions, and enjoy keeping accurate, well‑structured records, you’ll thrive in this role. This is also a great opportunity if you’re looking to develop your skills in finance, credit control, or local government services—supported by a friendly team that values teamwork.
