Salary: £25-£27K DOE plus excellent uncapped commission (realistic £2K extra per month)

The Job Role:
They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and pro-active Sales and Customer Support Executive to help them shine in the market! If you have a knack for building relationships, cultivating business and love the buzz of closing a deal then this could be your perfect match.
What You'll Do:
1. Represent the products with a deep understanding, showcasing how their solutions meet customer needs.
2. Generate leads and nurture relationships by organising your daily schedule to connect with existing and potential clients.
3. Prospect new customers, build rapport, and adapt your sales techniques based on real-time interactions.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
4. Manage interactions with retail and trade clients via phone, email, and face-to-face in our showroom.
5. Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to provide exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities.
6. Identify the right prospects, manage interactions, and make effective qualifying sales calls, ensuring you keep detailed notes and updates on accounts.
7. Exhibit excellent product knowledge, offering solutions and handling objections like a pro!
8. Keep the Sales Manager updated on your prospects, workload, and wins.
9. Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to achieve sales goals, highlighting potential new products or sectors
