What you’ll be doing:
* Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor, and at the collection counter.
* Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products, and process refunds.
* Maintain a neat and tidy stock room and restock products from deliveries.
* Assist customers on the shop floor by answering questions and providing product recommendations.
* Develop a strong knowledge of our products, services, and promotions to enhance customer assistance.
