We are now looking to add an experienced Recruitment Consultant to our team to take ownership of our Marketing & Ecommerce desk.
The Desk
This is an exciting opportunity to run and grow a specialist Marketing & Ecommerce recruitment desk, covering Yorkshire and the North West. You will be connecting businesses with top-tier talent across the marketing and ecommerce landscape, placing candidates into roles such as:
1. Digital Marketing Manager
2. Ecommerce Manager
3. Head of Digital
4. PPC / SEO Specialist
5. Brand Manager
6. Marketing Executive
7. Social Media Manager
8. CRM Manager
9. Content Marketing Manager
10. Ecommerce Trading Manager
11. Email Marketing Specialist
12. Head of Marketing
The Role
This is a full 360 billing position — you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement. Key responsibilities include:
13. Winning new clients through proactive business development, including calls, meetings, and networking
14. Managing and growing relationships with existing clients to maximise repeat business and revenue
15. Sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates including digital marketers, ecommerce specialists, brand managers, and marketing executives
16. Writing and advertising job roles across relevant platforms
17. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including negotiating offers and managing start dates
18. Building a strong pipeline of candidates and clients within your specialist market
About You
19. Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within a marketing, digital, or commercial desk
20. A track record of billings and successful placements
21. Experience of 360 recruitment — comfortable with both business development and candidate management
22. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
23. Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
24. Knowledge of the Yorkshire and/or North West market is advantageous but not essential
