Health and Social Care Apprenticeship Trainer - Level 5
Salary: £34,412 - £37,689Location: Cambridge / Colchester (flexible working considered)

The role
You will work closely with learners in their place of employment, supporting apprentices often within well-known organisations across the sector by coaching them in the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to successfully achieve their Health and Social Care apprenticeship standards.
What you will bring
* Level 4 or 5 Health and Social Care qualification (e.g. LMC or RMA in Care) or above
* Extensive and relevant vocational experience as a Deputy Manager or Manager within adult Health & Social Care settings
* Ability to manage workload within high-demand environments, working to deadlines and targets
* Strong communication, organisational, and self-motivation skills
* Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload
Desirable experience
* Minimum Level 3 teaching qualification
* Level 5 Care, Leadership and Management qualification
* Experience working within a work-based learning (WBL) or education environment
