The successful candidate for this post must be self motivated and able to work under own initiative, have excellent time management skills, highly developed communication and people management skills and the ability to manage change.
In addition, you will receive a High-Cost Area Supplement of 15% of your basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £4,552 and a maximum payment of £5,735 per annum pro rata.

The post holder is responsible for delivering a high standard of specialist nursing care to all patients within MVCC.
The Deputy Nurse Manager will be able to coordinate the overall management of the Department.
Facilitating the education and support of qualified and unqualified staff and participating in the development of nursing practice in the clinical area.
The post holder will be working independently/autonomously without direct supervision, accountable for own professional actions. They will take an active role in deputising and supporting the Nurse Manager.
