Duties of a Panel Beater:
* Panel Beaters carry out high-quality panel repairs on a wide range of vehicles
* Assess vehicle damage accurately and determine suitable repairs
* Remove, repair, and replace damaged panels efficiently
* Realign chassis and bodywork to meet manufacturer standards
* Use welding and panel beating techniques as required
* Work within deadlines to maximise bonus earnings
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace
* Ensure all repairs adhere to safety and industry standards
Requirements of a Panel Beater:
* Level 3 qualification in Body/Vehicle Repair (essential)
* Proven experience as a Panel Beater in an accident repair or bodyshop environment
* Strong knowledge of repair techniques and body alignment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail and quality-driven approach
* Motivated to maximise earnings through bonus incentives
* Full UK driving licence
