What We’re Looking For
You’ll bring extensive knowledge of care sector training requirements, along with a track record of implementing innovative, person-centred learning solutions that make a measurable impact.
What you’ll bring:
Proven expertise in designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful training within health or social care settings
Confidence in leading and evolving an L&D function to align with organisational goals and regulatory standards
A strategic mindset combined with hands-on experience in training delivery and leadership development
A collaborative approach that inspires engagement and builds trust across teams
Experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS) – knowledge of Your Hippo is a real advantage
A genuine passion for nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning
Flexibility and mobility – a driver with access to a vehicle for travel across our registered locations
What You’ll Do
1. Lead the development and delivery of our organisational learning strategy
2. Oversee the L&D team and ensure compliance with sector standards
3. Drive innovation in training design and delivery, including digital learning solutions
4. Collaborate with operational leaders to embed learning into everyday practice
5. Monitor and evaluate the impact of training to ensure measurable outcomes
