Position Overview
Gilmartins is seeking an experienced Plasterer and Tiler to carry out repairs and maintenance in social housing properties across East London, including areas with main post codes E11, E10, and IG. The role involves work on both small patches and larger areas, with additional skills such as painting, mould wash, re-pointing, and basic carpentry being advantageous.
Responsibilities
1. Perform property repairs and maintenance in social housing.
2. Follow Scope of Works on PDA for each job.
Requirements
* Full UK driving license (non-EU license).
* Own tools.
* Experience working in social housing.
* DBS certificate.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, with call-outs approximately once every 4 weeks, from 5pm to 1am (£35-£50 per call out).
