Duties
* Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with a variety of needs (including learning disabilities, mental health, and physical disabilities)
* Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication
* Encourage independence, dignity, and well-being at all times
* Keep accurate records and follow individual care plans
* Support service users to take part in meaningful activities, both at the service and in the community
Qualifications
* Flexibility to work on short notice or as required
* Maintain a caring and empathetic nature
* 6 months UK based care experience
* Right to work in the UK
