About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Tonbridge, Kent. The role will involve working closely with teachers to provide tailored support to individual pupils or small groups, ensuring all students are given the best opportunity to achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting children with a range of special educational needs, both in and out of the classroom.

Assisting the class teacher with planning and delivering inclusive lessons.

Providing one-to-one or small group interventions.
*
Promoting a positive and nurturing learning environment.
*
Monitoring progress and feeding back to teaching staff and SENCO.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working with children and/or SEN.

A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
