The Role
We are currently looking to recruit a new team member to the role of HSQE Coordinator someone who is organised, motivated and able to communicate well with others.
Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer the role will entail helping the HR department with all aspects of Health & Safety requirements at Cellecta Limited, whilst ensuring our Quality systems and audits are kept relevant and up to date. Where required they will offer support to the Human Resources department in day-to-day activities.
High emphasis is placed on development and full training will be provided to aid in progression within the company.

Core Responsibilities
* Assist Health & Safety Manager and Operations Director to ensure we are fully compliant with all health and safety legislation
* Assist with risk assessments, safety audits, and site inspections
* Assist Health & Safety Manager maintain safe working practices and procedures
* Maintain all audit trails for health and Safety
* Maintain and enhance our quality management system (ISO 9001) and compliance with our environmental management system (ISO 14001)
* Conduct internal audits, whilst supporting all external audits
* Implement any corrective actions and promote best practices within the company
* General administration within the health and safety, human resources departments
* Keep up to date with industry health and safety, sustainability, and quality standards and procedures, particularly for manufacturing
Required Skills
Good IT skills required
A willingness to learn
Ideally an understanding of ISO standards and Health & Safety (although training can be provided for the right candidate)
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferable
