What you’ll do on a typical day:
Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle while following all road traffic laws and company/vehicle regulations
* Complete 5–20 daily drops with accurate, timely delivery of customer products, reporting defects or exceptions promptly
* Support loading operations, including positioning vehicles on bays and delivering demountable boxes and paperwork to out‑bases
* Provide excellent customer service and take ownership of any delivery‑related issues
* Carry out vehicle checks, follow safe working practices, self‑manage effectively, and fully debrief with the traffic office on return
What you need to succeed at GXO:
A full UK driving licence with category Class 2 entitlement
* Class 1 licence would be advantageous
* A valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
* Be in possession of a valid Digital Tachograph Card
* No more than 6 current penalty points
* No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years
