💰 £90,000 base + £10,000 OTE bonus

We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced Head of Sales to lead and grow our internal and external sales teams, while playing an active role in generating commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a high-performing internal and field sales team
* Drive new business opportunities and manage key partner relationships
* Deliver commercial strategy and ensure targets are consistently met
* Present confidently to OEM partners and internal senior stakeholders
* Coach and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
* Spend 1–2 days a week at our Bedfordshire HQ, with regular travel to meet clients and support field sales
About You
* Proven senior sales leadership experience in the UK EV home charging sector
* Strong commercial acumen and deal-closing capability
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for innovation and growth
