This is a temporary position for a duration of 3-6 months. This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate between £28 and £34. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide clinical pharmacy services to hospital wards. Offer dispensary cover as needed. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Conduct medication reviews and provide expert advice on pharmaceutical matters. Qualifications and Experience: Essential: Up to date GPhC registration. Relevant Pharmacy qualification.
