Job Title: Body and Paint Lecturer
Salary: £26,000 – £48,000 (dependent on qualifications)
Location: West Bromwich
Contract Type: Permanent – Full-time
Role Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and high‑quality teaching across Body and Paint courses.
* Plan, prepare and assess learning activities to support student progression and achievement.
* Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with current industry standards.
* Support students in developing their technical skills and employability prospects.
* Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
* Develop employer partnerships to enhance student learning opportunities and industry engagement.
Essential Requirements
* A Level 3 qualification in Body and Paint or relevant.
* Extensive industry experience in Body and Paint.
* A teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, or PTTLS) or willingness to work towards one.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
