We are supporting a UK Governing Body with the recruitment of three urgent Salesforce contract positions. These roles sit within a complex enterprise environment undergoing continuous transformation and require experienced Salesforce professionals with strong technical leadership and security awareness.
All positions offer a 3-month Inside IR35 contract with potential extension, and require one day per week onsite in either London, Cardiff, or Glasgow. Active SC Clearance is mandatory for all roles.
Principal Salesforce Administrator
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Salesforce Administration function across a large, multi-cloud environment
* Provide expertise across configuration, integrations, releases, and platform optimisation
* Own the operational strategy for Salesforce and ensure alignment with internal standards
* Manage, mentor, and develop Salesforce Administrators
* Work collaboratively with architecture, engineering, security, and delivery teams
* Oversee third-party suppliers, ensuring quality, performance, and operational resilience
Ideal Candidate
* Extensive Salesforce administration experience across enterprise environments
* Strong understanding of platform governance, release processes, and multi-cloud environments
* Proven leadership and team management capabilities
Senior DevOps Engineer (Salesforce)
Key Responsibilities
* Build and optimise Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
* Integrate automated testing frameworks and code-quality tooling
* Lead release engineering, automation, and DevOps best practice
* Collaborate closely with architects, security teams, and engineering stakeholders
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers
Ideal Candidate
* Strong background in Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD implementation
* Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps pipelines
* Solid understanding of secure engineering, testing automation, and release governance
Senior Technical Architect (Salesforce)
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture across a complex enterprise landscape
* Define architectural strategy, governance approach, integration patterns, and platform standards
* Provide expert guidance on Salesforce design, scalability, interoperability, and security
* Work with engineering, security, operations, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders
* Oversee architectural assurance, technical design quality, and solution governance
* Support multi‑cloud or large‑scale Salesforce environments
Ideal Candidate
* Deep experience shaping enterprise‑level Salesforce technical architectures
* Strong expertise in integration, data modelling, platform security, and scalable design
* Proven ability to influence technical decision‑making and guide cross‑functional teams
