Summary
My high-profile banking client is seeking a Customer Journey Manager to join their team at their Halifax offices on a hybrid basis (2 days on site) for an initial 6-month contract with potential extensions.
Join our client's Cloud Integration CJM Team! As a CJM, you will support the CMO Change and Tech Decom Labs, leading customer journey activities, possibly within a small team of CJMs.
The client is a leading banking organization focused on operational resilience, working across people, process, data, and technology.
This role offers two positions: one permanent and one 6-month secondment. The company values diversity and inclusivity to better serve their diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with teams to understand and improve Customer Journeys, focusing on technology and integration.
2. Interpret insights for prioritization and design decisions.
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of customer journeys from both customer and business perspectives.
4. Participate in team stand-ups and retrospectives, supporting continuous improvement.
5. Work with customers and Product Owners to ensure project success.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and adapt accordingly.
7. Analyze data independently to solve problems and generate insights.
8. Adapt to changing circumstances and pursue ongoing learning.
9. Apply Agile methodologies effectively.
10. Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
11. Lead and mentor a small team of CJMs.
12. Apply analysis techniques to achieve beneficial outcomes.
13. Have a background in infrastructure or technology change.
14. Promote systems thinking within the team.
