· Location South Croydon, Greater London · Salary £ 27.76 - £ 37.93 / Hourly · Job type Temporary · Industry Property and Housing · External Reference 02/05 · Category HR, Sales and Management - Operations Management Client Local Authority in Croydon Job Title Housing-Business Support Manager Pay Rate £27.76 an hour PAYE/ £37.93 an hour UMBRELLA Hours 36 Hours(9AM-5PM) Mon-Fri Duration 6 Month Contract Location HYBRID WORKING-2/3 days a week based in Bernard Weatherill House Croydon Description Role Duties: · To effectively manage the Support Team, designated resources and budgets ensuring that assigned key performance indicators and objectives are met. · To lead on developing a performance and continuous improvement culture Repairs Services. · To lead on ensuring that lessons learnt are shared across the business and acted upon to improve service delivery. · To lead on a performance and continuous improvement information communications strategy across the Repairs Services · To develop and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external residents and stakeholders and work collaboratively to ensure our practices meet their requirements. · To support meeting the strategic requirements of the organisation ensuring the data and information is consistently maintained. · To lead on business planning, information, knowledge and performance management functions. · Lead on the development and monitoring of outcome based key performance indicators using best practice including Constructing Excellence, Housing Quality Network and other relevant bodies. · Lead on service improvement and advise on the tools and processes required to improve contract management. Skills; Experience and Attitude: · Experience of managing a repairs administration team. · Understanding and knowledge of running a customer contact centre. · Understanding and knowledge of contracts, contract procurement methods, planning, commissioning, delivering and monitoring of maintenance and improvement programmes. · Knowledge, experience and understanding of the impact of day to day. · Experience of budgetary planning and control, finance cost modelling and life cycle costing.
