We are working with a rapidly growing SME in the battery storage and renewables sector. As they expand globally, they are looking to add a Project Coordinator to their engineering team to assist and work alongside the Project Manager.
This Project Coordinator position requires reliable commuting to the office and a collaborative approach, as the role involves liaising with technical and engineering professionals.
The Project Coordinator will assist with task management and updating project tracking to ensure that all work and projects are current and can be discussed at the stakeholder level.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update all tracking documentation
* Log and track issues, risks, and change requests
* Prepare regular updates and dashboards under the direction of the Project Manager for project status discussions
Skills and Experience Needed:
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities, keeping schedules, documents, and project details well-organized
* Effective communication skills to relay information between team members and stakeholders
