BTG Gases, UK branch of SOL Group, is looking for a highly motivated person to join our team as a part time Credit Controller. The ideal candidate must have held a similar job role before (a few years of experience will be preferable) and be able to work successfully as part of a small team. Knowledge of the Office package (in particular Excel), admin & accounting software (such as SAGE or Exact) and excellent communication skills are a pre-requisite. Your key responsibilities will be: · Preparing a monthly credit control report for discussion with the company Director to define specific credit control actions · Receiving remits from customers and matching them · Sending customer statements monthly · Answer any customer query related to invoices and payments · Sending emails and conduct follow-up calls to chase payments · Monitoring customers through Experian or similar · Liaising with the rest of the team, including sales and our agents, to set specific actions to recover credits What we offer: · competitive salary, which will be based on your experience · opportunity to increase your working hours and responsibilities as the company grows · company pension scheme
