Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Looking to take the next step in your administrative career? We are currently offering several temporary Band 3 Administrator roles within the Recruitment Services Team at BSO, based at the Longstone Hospital site in Armagh.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy, people-focused environment where your organisational skills will directly support recruitment activity across the service.
The Role
In this position, you will provide essential administrative support to the Recruitment Services Team, helping to ensure smooth and efficient hiring processes. Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting day-to-day recruitment administration
* Handling and updating candidate and vacancy information.
* Assisting with onboarding and pre-employment processes
* Communicating with internal teams and applicants as required
Essential Criteria
Applicants must meet one of the following:
* A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths
OR
* At least 18 months' administrative experience, ideally within a recruitment or HR environment
