Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Manager specialising in Bespoke Furniture, located in High Wycombe. The Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design process from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality and innovative furniture designs. Day-to-day tasks include managing a team of designers, liaising with clients to understand their needs, creating detailed design plans, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, and collaborating with other departments such as production and sales.
