Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to lead and inspire a dedicated, high-performing team within a dynamic and fast-paced environment-playing a pivotal role in shaping daily operations and driving team success.
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will champion operational efficiency by effectively managing team members and resources, ensuring that productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently achieved. You will:
* Lead and manage a warehouse team to meet daily targets and KPIs.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety, and hygiene standards.
* Brief Team Leaders and cover for Shift Managers as needed.
* Input data into WMS operations.
* Ensure accurate, timely loading across all temperature zones within quality standards.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
* Adapt to changing priorities and support the team effectively.

These positions will work 10 hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off basis, permanent days or permanent nights.
