Overnight Service Desk Analyst Are you passionate about delivering outstanding IT support while the world sleeps? We're seeking a dedicated and dependable Overnight Service Desk Analyst to join our team and provide top-tier remote end-user and systems support during off-hours. Location: Remote, Northern Ireland Hours: Overnight What You'll Do Be the first point of contact for incoming IT support requests during overnight hours. Deliver exceptional service and quick resolutions via phone, email, and ticketing systems (ServiceNow). Own and manage support cases through to resolution, escalating when necessary. Accurately document solutions and client environments. Participate in assigned IT projects and continuous service improvement. Identify and recommend automation or efficiency opportunities. Provide occasional off-hours on-call support. What You'll Bring 2 years of experience in end-user support roles. Solid understanding of Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and desktop/laptop hardware. Experience in Active Directory account management and general server administration. Previous exposure to Microsoft Azure and Intune is a plus. Confidence and professionalism in written and verbal communication. A calm, solutions-oriented mindset under pressure.
