Inspire is looking for an L&D Systems and Delivery Lead,a pivotal role at the centre of our digital learning ecosystem, ensuring our teams have access to impactful, modern and effective development opportunities. ?? Why This Role Matters As L&D Systems and Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for shaping the future of digital learning within Inspire. This hybrid role blends technical expertise, systems management, data analysis, training delivery and leadership, playing a crucial part in driving a digital-first learning culture across Ireland. ?? Key Responsibilities Drive Technology-Enabled Learning Harness technology and AI to enhance access, engagement and outcomes across OD and L&D. Lead on the technical development of e-learning content and LMS configuration. Identify and implement innovative technology solutions. Manage Learning Systems & Data Develop and manage L&D/OD systems including LMS, Cascade, InSource and related platforms. Lead on analysis, reporting and presentation of L&D and OD data. Work with stakeholders and the Transformation Team to ensure data meets organisational needs. Design & Deliver High-Quality Learning Prepare and deliver a full training schedule across geographical regions. Lead on designing and developing new and existing training programmes. Drive digital competence development across Inspire. Support Organisational Strategy & Quality Support the creation of impactful L&D interventions. Contribute to operational planning, risk identification, compliance and quality assurance. Provide expertise on regulatory and employment requirements relating to learning. Induction & Stakeholder Collaboration Deliver induction programmes and support consistent induction processes. Engage with stakeholders to meet organisational training needs. Represent L&D at internal meetings and contribute to supplier management. ?? What We're Looking For Essential Qualifications & Experience Third-level qualification in HR, Health & Social Care, or related discipline and 2 years' experience in Training, L&D, OD, HR, or Education OR Minimum of 5 GCSEs (including English & Maths) and 5 years' experience in the same areas. Technical Skills Proficiency with LMS configuration and e-learning authoring tools. Advanced IT skills including AI tools, SharePoint, MS Forms and MS Teams. Experience delivering high-quality training and blended learning programmes. Strong data analysis and reporting capability. Other Requirements Full driving licence access to a car (business insurance required). Ability to work across multiple locations with evening/weekend flexibility. ??
