Mid-level SEO squad members are responsible for helping identify opportunities for the customers to further improve the efficiency or quality of the work delivered. The SEO Manager will also actively participate in client calls and contribute to client relationships. Support the lead members in the delivery of SEO tasks and client communication. Mentoring and tutoring junior members of the team, for example, training and up-skilling. Report on SEO performance to stakeholders and recommend improvements. Proactive analysis of data and quality assurance of SEO squad members’ delivery output Oversee and present SEO work to the client and senior stakeholders. Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development. Monitor and analyse key SEO metrics to assess campaign effectiveness. Report on SEO performance to stakeholders and recommend improvements Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the SEO department.
