Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Home Manager to lead a children's home offering a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee the day-to-day management of the care home
* Provide leadership and guidance to ensure high-quality, child-focused care
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted, Children's Homes Regulations, and all relevant legislation
* Foster collaborative relationships with families, external agencies, and professional networks
* Manage budgets, staffing, and health & safety across the home
* Promote a positive culture of diversity, inclusion, and safeguarding
What We're Looking For:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification
* Willing and eligible to register with Ofsted as a Registered Manager
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a children's residential care setting (within the past 5 years)
* At least 1 year's experience leading a care team (e.g. as Deputy or Home Manager)
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and safer recruitment
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* Full UK driving licence
