Role Responsibilities
* Provide expert corporate tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients
* Work closely with client relationship managers, keeping them updated on project progress and raising any issues as needed
* Ensure assignments are delivered efficiently within budget while maintaining the highest level of client service
* Assist with business development efforts, participating in client pitches and preparing tender documents
* Write and review technical tax reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Support and mentor junior tax team members, setting clear objectives and helping them develop their technical skills
* Manage corporate tax assignments, ensuring timely invoicing and high-quality service delivery

Candidate Requirements
* ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified, or ATT qualified with a minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience
* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
* Experience in corporate tax planning, research and development tax credits, capital allowances, share schemes, due diligence, and corporate restructuring
* A proactive and strategic thinker, with a keen interest in identifying opportunities for clients
* Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for helping others develop
* The ability to work collaboratively within a team, ensuring high-quality service is delivered at all times
