The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring young people are directed to the right support as quickly and safely as possible.
Key Responsibilities
Working within a collaborative triage team, you will conduct clinical screening to determine service suitability for incoming referrals, carry out robust risk assessments across all cases, and apply strong clinical judgement to assess eligibility in line with service thresholds. You will be expected to work at pace while maintaining the highest standards of clinical safety and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in mental health triage and initial assessment, ideally gained within a CYP or CAMHS setting. You will be a confident, autonomous clinician with the ability to hit the ground running from day one.
